
Twisted Metal, Season 2 will be at San Diego Comic-Con 2025 in a big way with a panel, activation and fan screening, all of which IGN can exclusively reveal below.
On Thursday, July 24, executive producers Michael Jonathan Smith and Asad Qizilbash, executive producer-star Anthony Mackie and cast members Stephanie Beatriz, Joe Seanoa and Anthony Carrigan will present Comic-Con attendees with a sneak peek at Season 2.
The panel will be held from 3:00 – 4:00 PM PT in Ballroom 20.
And then on Saturday, July 26, fans can screen the first two episodes of Twisted Metal, Season 2 from 10:00 – 11:15 PM PT in Room 6DE.
But what if watching the episodes just isn’t enough for you? What if you would like to get a real world taste of what it might be like to participate in the Twisted Metal Tournament? In that case you’ll definitely want to check out the Twisted Metal Bumper Battle activation which will be at SDCC from Thursday, July 24th to Saturday, July 26.
According to the official announcement provided to IGN, “fans will be able to choose their ride, featuring the show’s most iconic vehicles reimagined as bumper cars, and take part in their own version of the Calypso-hosted derby.
In addition to the bumper car experience, fans can expect epic photo ops, a display of some of the tournament cars featured in the series, surprise and delight moments, and pandemonium around every corner.
The event is free and open to the public. No badge required. Entry and bumper car participation are first come, first served, and not guaranteed. Waivers must be signed by all riders and passengers.”
