The current-generation Nintendo Switch got an official send-off today in a Nintendo Direct featuring tons of announcements for the console. In a 30-minute presentation, we got to hear about a new Rhythm Heaven game, a new Tomodachi Life, some updates on Metroid Prime 4: Beyond and Pokemon Legends: Z-A, and more.
Meanwhile, Nintendo’s Switch successor, Nintendo Switch 2, will get its own direct next week on Wednesday, April 2. Expect even more game announcements and release dates then.
